Following the successful holding of the previous International Conferences on Acoustics and
Vibration which highly welcomed by experts and students; it is our honor to announce that the
7th International Conference of Acoustics and Vibration, ISAV2017, is held by Iranian Society
of Acoustics and vibration and Sharif University of Technology (STU) on 28th and 29th of Nov.
2017 in Tehran. Certainly, such conferences can provide an excellent opportunity for meeting
some of the most experienced scientists, researchers and engineers, from inside or outside of
Iran, to share their latest scientific achievements and technological developments in the
different branches of the acoustics and vibrations in order to enhance the motivation and
knowledge of the students and interested people in the mentioned field. Some of the pivotal
parts of the conference are; keynote presentations from Iran and other countries, contributed
oral and poster papers, a specialized commercial exhibition, a number of technical workshops,
and a student competition for selection of the best BSc, MSc and PhD theses in acoustics and
vibration. On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure for us to invite you
